The FA Cup final kickoff time between Manchester United and Man City has been announced.

The 2023 FA Cup final between Manchester City and Man United on June 3 has a set start time.

At 3 p.m., the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United will begin.

After deliberating for a while due to the unique circumstances of the match, the FA has finally announced the start time for the first Manchester derby FA Cup final, which will take place one week after the conclusion of the Premier League season on June 3.

Due to the intense rivalry between United and City, the match has been labeled a high-risk event, and the FA and organizers have held discussions about the event’s logistics.

“The first FA Cup final between the Manchester clubs will take place on Saturday 3 June at Wembley Stadium connected by EE.

“The match will be broadcast in the UK on BBC One, BBC iPlayer, ITV, ITVX, UTV, STV and STV Player.

“Winning and losing clubs in the final will receive £2 million and £1 million respectively from the competition’s prize fund.

“More details on the FA Cup final will be released in due course.”

The highlight of the domestic calendar will begin at the customary time of 3 p.m. for the first time since 2011. The police advocated for a later kickoff time after violent incidents marred the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy, which began at 8 o’clock. In order to accommodate the large number of spectators traveling from the North West to London, the FA also requested that the game start no later than 4:45 p.m.

The final between Liverpool and Chelsea last year began at 5 o’clock, and in recent years, the game has even started at 5:30 o’clock.

After easily defeating Championship team Sheffield United 3-0 on Saturday, City became the first team to secure their return to Wembley. This was made possible by a Riyad Mahrez goal.
